Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DelivPilot handles information when you use the website, Android app, or iOS app.
Information processed by DelivPilot
Depending on the features you use, DelivPilot may process:
- delivery addresses, stops, route preferences, and geographic coordinates;
- your device location when you grant location permission;
- voice input when you choose to enter an address using speech recognition;
- a support message and an optional name or email address when you contact support.
How information is used
Route and location information is used to search for addresses, calculate routes, optimize stop order, show your position, and provide navigation features. Support submissions are used to investigate issues, respond when contact details are provided, and improve DelivPilot.
Local storage
Saved routes, saved places, current route details, and route preferences are stored locally on your device. DelivPilot does not require an account. You can remove this locally stored information by deleting saved items, clearing the website’s data, or uninstalling the app.
Mobile app permissions
On Android and iOS, DelivPilot may ask for location access to show your current position and provide route and navigation features. The app may ask for microphone or speech-recognition access only when you choose to enter an address by voice. You can deny or later revoke these permissions in your device settings; the rest of the app remains available, but features that depend on the denied permission may not work.
Third-party services
DelivPilot sends the information needed to provide maps, address search, geocoding, routing, and optimization to service providers including Google Maps Platform, OpenRouteService, and OpenStreetMap map services. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Voice input uses speech-recognition functionality available on the device or through the operating system. Its processing may be governed by Google’s or Apple’s privacy terms, depending on your device and enabled services.
Shared routes
When you create a route-sharing link, the link contains encoded route addresses, coordinates, and route preferences. Anyone who receives the link may be able to view that route. Share links only with people you trust.
Data retention
Locally stored route data remains on your device until you remove it or clear the app’s data. Support submissions are retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain service security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You can decline or revoke location, microphone, or speech-recognition permissions in Android Settings or iOS Settings. Some related features will then be unavailable. You can contact us to ask about a support submission you previously sent.
Children
DelivPilot is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when DelivPilot’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
